Sometimes an on site service can take much longer than anticipated, resulting in increased cost. Whatever the reasons may be, we have put together a list of services that could possibly take two hours or more to complete.

All Concierge Services come with free* pick up and delivery of your computer. Gone are the days where you have to disconnect your computer, drag it down to the repair shop, wait for it to be completed, drag it back home and set it back up. Below you will find a list and descriptions of our Concierge Services. Average turnaround time for our Concierge Services is 3-5 business days.

Operating System Installation/Upgrade: $150

• Backup of up to 160GB of your personal data.
• Format your hard drive.
• Installation of the new operating system.
• Installation of FREE anti-virus software.
• Installation of FREE office productivity software.
• Scan backup of your data for any viruses.
• Restore your personal data.
• Cleaning of dust from inside of the computer.

Data Backup and Recovery: $120

• Recover up to 20 GB of data from a hard drive.
• Perfect if your computer does not work and it is not cost effective to repair it.
• Data written to CD or DVD.
• Data can also be put on another hard drive or USB flash drive.

Virus and Spyware Removal: $100

• Comprehensive multiple part scan and removal of viruses, spyware, adware, malware and rootkits.
• Removal of temporary files.
• Optimization of the computer.
• Installation of FREE anti-virus software.
• Cleaning of dust from inside of the computer.

Diagnostics: $75

• Cleaning of dust from inside of the computer.
• Advanced comprehensive hardware and software diagnostics.
• Fee is waived if you elect to have the necessary service performed.

Hard Drive Upgrade/Replacement: $125

• Cloning of old drive to new drive.
• Backup and transfer of personal data from old drive to new drive.
• Installation of new drive as secondary hard drive.
• Cleaning of dust from inside of your computer.

Hardware Upgrades: $75

• Cleaning of dust from inside of the computer.
• Memory
• CD/DVD/Blu-Ray Drive
• Processor
• Power Supply
• Motherboard
• Video Card
• Sound Card
• Network Card

1. Within Nassau and Suffolk Counties only.
2. Price of hardware and/or software is not included.
3. Additional data can be backed up at a cost of $25 per 10GB. Data recovery results not guaranteed.
4. Hard drive or USB flash drive not included in price.
5. Drive cloning or data backup and transfer may not be possible on faulty or failing hard drives.
6. Hard drive can only be installed as a secondary drive in desktop computers. Not all desktop computers allow for installation of multiple hard drives.
